How we work
The JavaScript division consists of 4 large departments: Angular, React, Vue, and Node.
We stand for continuous growth and learning. To do this, we employ Tech Lead specialists who improve the skills of their teams. Each employee has several ways of development:
- try your hand at management
- upgrade technical skills
- participate in Pre Sale activities (for more experienced professionals)
We constantly hold specialized meetups and arrange internal training in an informal atmosphere.
What we do
The main goal of our team is to make the product as high-quality and convenient as possible. The bug in the system, the app doesn’t answer, the animation is too long - the user is not used to waiting and solving their problems for us. The positive reaction of users is our quality indicator!
Our Team
Our department is one of the biggest in the company. Now it’s represented by 196 full-time developers in 8 cities, and this number is constantly growing. We maintain quality code that is easy to read and extend. Our developers work with technologies for Web, Mobile and Server Side solutions. They actively use React, React Native, Angular, Node JS, Vue.js, Auto Testing (AQA).
