SAP BASIS Specialist

You need to have:
- Experience as an SAP BASIS Specialist on implementation and support projects
- Fluent English (B2 level or higher)
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA and SAP NetWeaver
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Hands-on experience with SAP system administration, including installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and performance tuning
- Experience with database administration (HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, or other supported databases)
- Understanding of SAP architecture, including application servers, database servers, and integration components
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Will be a plus:
- Experience with SAP Cloud solutions
What you will do:
- Manage and optimize SAP transport management system (TMS) and perform system refreshes and client copies
- Implement and maintain SAP security, including user administration, role management, and authorization concepts
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth system operation and integration with other SAP modules
- Identify and analyze risks and issues for the program or project portfolio in conjunction with project managers
- Perform system monitoring, health checks, and issue resolution to ensure system stability and optimal performance
