To be successful on projects you need:

Strong knowledge of Java Core
At least 2 projects in your career
Experience in Microservices
Experience in Spring ecosystem (Spring boot, Spring Data, Spring Cloud and etc)
Experience in Message Brokers (Kafka, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ)
Experience in Nosql/SQL databases at an advanced level
Conversational English level of B2 and above
German conversation level of B1 and above

Would be a plus:

Experience as a Full stack developer (React/Angular)
Experience in breaking down a monolith into microservices
Experience in interviewing in English
Experience in Cloud (Aws, Azure, GCP
Experience in managing a team of 3 or more people, willing to participate in setting up company processes
