Successful project management requires:

confident knowledge of Java Core
commercial experience in Java from 3 years
experience in Microservices
experience in Spring ecosystem(Spring boot, Spring Data, Spring Cloud and etc)
experience in Message Brokers(Kafka, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ)
experience in Nosql/SQL databases at an advanced level
conversational level of English from B2

Will be a plus:

experience in breaking a monolith into microservices
experience as a Full stack developer(React/Angular)
experience in interviewing in English
experience in Cloud(Aws, Azure, GCP)
experience in managing a team of 3 or more people, willingness to participate in setting up company processes
