For successful work on projects you need:

3 years of development experience in Unity ( mobile/pc/webgl )
experience in developing mobile games on iOS and Android
confident knowledge of C#
knowledge of and adherence to the principles of KISS, DRY SOLID
spoken English at B1+ level and above

Would be a plus:

Experience with the Action RPG genre
Experience with Zenject and Addressables
Published titles in the stores
