You need to have:

English level: B1+ or higher
Experience in system/integration testing, including hardware–software interaction
Basic understanding of embedded / real-time systems / RTOS (VxWorks, QNX, INTEGRITY)
Understanding of FFS/FTD and aircraft subsystems (avionics, aerodynamics, propulsion, etc.) at a functional level
Hands-on coding and test experience
User Interface experience
Core interest in system diagnostics and problem solving
Experience with client interaction, so strong technical knowledge and great interpersonal skills are essential

Will be a plus:

Knowledge of MATLAB / Simulink
Experience with requirements management tools (DOORS, Polarion, Jama, Helix ALM)
Knowledge of simulator-specific tools (CIGI, IOS, host-IG interfaces)
Experience with HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) / MIL (Model-in-the-Loop) environments
Understanding of the V-model
Knowledge of ARINC 429 (avionics data bus)
Knowledge of ARINC 664 / AFDX (Ethernet-based avionics network)
