You need to have:

Experience with Kubernetes Core & Templating (Helm, Kustomize, KCL)
Experience with IaC & Config Management (Terraform/Open Tofu/Terragrunt/Pulumi, Ansible, Chef)
Experience with Cluster Management (Kubeadm, Kubespray, Talos Linux, Rancher, Cluster API)
Experience with Storage/CSI (Rook-Ceph, Longhorn, OpenEBS, Linstor/piraeus-operator)
Experience with Ingress & Gateway (Envoy, HA Proxy, Traefik, Istio or similar ingress or Gateway API controllers)
Knowledge of GitOps (ArgoCD/FluxCD)
Knowledge of CI/CD (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bitbucket)
Experience with Observability (Prometheus Stack [Kube-Prometheus], VictoriaMetrics (metrics and/or logs), Grafana, Loki, ELK/OpenSearch)
Knowledge of Security (Cert-manager, HashiCorp Vault(OpenBao), Trivy, Falco)
Experience with Registry & Artifacts (Harbor, Nexus/Artifactory)
Experience with OS & Scripting (Linux, Bash, Python/GO)
Intermediate to B1+ level of spoken English

Nice to have:

Experience with Networking/CNI (Cilium [eBPF/BGP], Calico, MetalLB [LoadBalancer], Kube-VIP [HA])
Experience with Virtualization and Orchestration (KVM, Xen, VMware(ESXi, vCenter, Tanzu), OpenStack, Opennebula, Proxmox, KubeVirt)
