You need to have:

Experience with Kubernetes Core & Templating (Helm, Kustomize, KCL)
Experience with Cluster Operations (Rancher, Kubespray, Cluster API)
Experience with GitOps (ArgoCD/FluxCD)
Experience with CI/CD (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
Experience with IaC & Config Management (Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu)
Experience with Observability (Grafana Stack, Loki/ELK/OpenSearch)
Experience with Ingress & Security (Cert-manager, Basic RBAC)
Experience with Registry & Artifacts (Harbor, Nexus)
Experience with OS & Scripting (Linux, Bash/Python/GO)
Intermediate to B1+ level of spoken English

Nice to have:

Experience with networking/CNI (Cilium, Calico, MetalLB)
Experience with Storage/CSI (Rook-Ceph, Longhorn, Linstor/piraeus-operator)
Experience with Cluster Bootstrapping (Kubeadm, Talos)
Experience with Virtualization and Orchestration (KVM, Xen, VMware(ESXi, vCenter, Tanzu), OpenStack, Opennebula, Proxmox, KubeVirt)
