You need to have:

Experience with Kubernetes Usage & Troubleshooting (Writing Manifests, Helm, Debugging)
Experience with Linux & Systems (CLI confidence, Systemd, Permissions, Package Management, Basic Network)
Experience with Containerization (Docker/Podman, Writing Dockerfiles, Multi-stage builds)
Knowledge of CI/CD & Version Control (GitLab CI/GitHub Actions [Syntax/Stages], Git flow)
Experience with Observability (Using Grafana/Loki/Kibana for app debugging)
Experience with Scripting (Bash automation)
Knowledge of IaC & Config Management (Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu)
Intermediate to B1+ level of spoken English

Nice to have:

Knowledge of IaC Exposure (Ansible [Running playbooks], Terraform [Concepts/Plan])
Experience with Cluster Tools (K9s, Lens, Rancher UI)
Experience with GitOps (ArgoCD user experience)
Experience with Virtualization (Proxmox, VMware, VirtualBox)
Experience with Scripting (Python basic)
