You need to have:

Proven commercial experience in real-time software development for complex embedded systems
Strong proficiency in C programming, with experience developing control systems and graphical user interfaces (GUIs)
Deep practical understanding of the V-model and the SDLC.
Hands-on experience in the full product lifecycle
Demonstrated expertise in hardware-software integration
Relevant Engineering degree
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive "can-do" attitude with the ability to drive tasks forward under minimal supervision
English at minimum B2

Will be a plus:

Experience with safety-critical systems and software standards in aerospace, automotive, or related sectors
Proficiency in C# and C++ and experience with Windows application development using Visual Studio
Knowledge of specialized communication protocols such as ARINC, AFDX, and/or CAN bus
Familiarity with Web technologies for simulation interfaces
