You need to have:

Over 10 years of hands-on experience working with SharePoint technologies
More than 7 years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint On-Premises (versions 2013/2016/2019)
Proven experience designing and implementing farm architecture, including High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions
Extensive experience developing and deploying Farm Solutions (WSP packages)
Strong background in implementing Event Receivers and Timer Jobs
Deep experience working with the Server-Side Object Model
Strong commercial experience in C# and the .NET Framework
Advanced experience writing PowerShell scripts for automation, administration, and deployment
Hands-on experience troubleshooting complex issues using ULS logs
Proven experience optimizing SharePoint Search for performance and relevance
Strong experience working with Microsoft SQL Server in SharePoint environments
Experience building CRM-style systems on the SharePoint platform
Proven track record of leading projects from concept to completion (end-to-end delivery)
Experience acting as a Technical Lead or Architect on SharePoint initiatives
