Our expectations:
- English proficiency at B2 or higher
- Experience with the ServiceNow platform, including work in technical architecture / design
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, solutions, and implementation methodologies
- Solid knowledge of the ITIL framework and service management concepts
Nice to have:
- Active ServiceNow certifications: CTA, CMA, or at least 4 mainline CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certifications
- Experience with JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, Scripted REST API, ServiceNow Flow Designer, Platform Analytics, CSDM (CMDB)
- Experience with ServiceNow SPM, IRM, and SecOps modules
- Experience managing and configuring domain‑separated (multi‑tenant) environments
- Proactive, self‑driven approach with a continuous learning mindset
What you'll be doing:
- Architecture & Strategy: Designing and leading scalable technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform that align with customer needs
- Technical Leadership: Providing architectural guidance and expertise to development teams across various modules such as CSM, HRSD, ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM
- Advanced Configuration: Creating and maintaining server-side scripts, ACLs, Business Rules, UI Actions, and UI Policies
- Security & Compliance: Ensuring adherence to security standards, regulatory requirements, and platform best practices
