To be successful on projects you need:

At least 2 years experience in a similar or related position
Commercial experience as an SAP consultant on projects with SAP MM/SD
B1+ level of spoken English

Would be a plus:

Intermediate (B1) level of spoken German
Knowledge of SAPS/4 HANA
Experience with any other SAP modules
