You need to have:
- Experience as SAP Concur Consultant on implementation and support projects
- Fluent English (B2)
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA
- Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
- Experience with HR processes design
- Related customizing settings hands-on experience
- Understanding integration points with other SAP modules
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Will be a plus:
- SAP Cloud experience - HXM/SuccessFactors
- ABAP debugging
What to do:
- Elicit, analyze, and validate business needs of key stakeholders by planning, facilitating and documenting requirements’ gathering / discovery workshops
- Provide expert overview & deep-dive product demonstrations and position the unique value of SAP S/4HANA and related platforms to address client requirements
- Utilize a deep knowledge of business processes and best practices to advise and guide the client during pre-implementation consulting engagements such as Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design and Configuration
- Align with stakeholders to convert business requirements into capabilities, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team
- Identify and analyze risks and issues for the program or project portfolio in conjunction with project managers
