
Sales Manager (USA/Europe/DACH)

Successful work requires:
- Proven experience in B2B sales
- Ability to independently generate leads and close deals
- Experience working with clients from Europe and the USA
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- English proficiency at B2/C1 level (mandatory)
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of an additional foreign language (e.g., German, French)
- Understanding of software development processes and technical terminology
- Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
What you'll be doing:
- Identify and attract new clients (via LinkedIn, email, events, and personal channels)
- Conduct C-level negotiations and close deals
- Build and maintain long-term trusted relationships with key clients
- Prepare proposals and presentations in collaboration with technical specialists
- Work closely with marketing and delivery teams to maximize value for clients
