Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish vendor relationships: identify potential enterprise customers in the DACH region in need of IT solutions and services: develop a comprehensive sales strategy to establish and develop strong relationships with large enterprise companies: utilize existing industry knowledge to anticipate customer needs and favorably position our services
  2. Client engagement and partnerships: building relationships with key stakeholders; understanding each client's requirements, challenges, and objectives; acting as a trusted advisor
  3. Networking and market research
  4. Proposal development: working closely with technical and execution teams to create proposals that reflect client needs and emphasize our capabilities; presenting proposals, negotiating terms and conditions, and managing legal processes
  5. Sales achievement and reporting: set sales goals, strive to meet and exceed them; track sales performance with regular reporting to management.
  6. working effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, delivery, and subject matter experts to ensure a cohesive and successful customer experience.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related fields (Master's degree is advantageous);
  • Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in establishing and maintaining supply relationships with large Enterprise companies within the DACH region;
  • Comprehensive network of contacts within the enterprise sector, including key decision-makers and influencers;
  • In-depth understanding of Enterprise procurement processes, vendor selection dynamics, legal intricacies, and budgeting protocols;
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adept at autonomous work;
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
