You need to have:

Commercial development experience with Rust
Strong understanding of ownership, borrowing, concurrency, and memory management
Experience with asynchronous programming (Tokio, async/await)
Development of REST or gRPC APIs
Experience with Linux, Git, and conducting code reviews
Understanding of HTTP, TCP/IP, and client-server architecture principles
Frontend development experience using modern frameworks and libraries: React, Vue, Angular, Svelte, Next.js, Nuxt, or similar
Solid knowledge of TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
Ability to integrate frontend applications with REST/gRPC APIs
Spoken English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Will be a plus:

Experience with PostgreSQL
Experience with Docker and CI/CD
Experience with WebAssembly
Experience with C/C++
Experience with developing high-load / distributed systems
Experience with open-source projects
