To work successfully on projects you need:

Commercial experience of 5 months or more
Strong knowledge of Rust
Understanding of client/server architecture
Experience with one of the web frameworks (Tokio, Actix, Axum)
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
B1+ conversational English

Would be a plus:

Understanding of blockchain
