To work successfully on projects you need to have:

Experience with QlikView and Qlik Sense – development, customization, and optimization of interactive dashboards and reports
At least one Qlik-related certification (e.g., Qlik Sense Business Analyst, Qlik Sense Data Architect, QlikView Developer)
Advanced SQL skills – writing optimized queries, using window functions, indexes, views, and performance tuning
Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.)
Understanding of data modeling concepts (e.g., Data Vault, Star Schema, Snowflake Schema) and their application in BI solutions
Hands-on experience with Python and its data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
Experience in developing, maintaining, and optimizing ETL/ELT processes
Knowledge of data quality methodologies and their implementation
Experience with version control systems (Git)
Good understanding of statistics and experience in developing analytical models
English at least B1+ level

Nice to have:

Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker
Experience with Big Data tools (Apache Spark, Databricks)
Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts and their application in BI analytics
Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Hands-on experience in A/B testing
Skills in automating reporting and data monitoring
Experience in presales activities and supporting technical proposals
Industry experience in finance, pharma, e-commerce, or manufacturing
German language proficiency at B1+ level

Main responsibilities:

Development and maintaining analytics dashboards and reports using QlikView and Qlik Sense
Gathering requirements from stakeholders, develop optimized visualizations, and prepare data
Writing SQL queries and develop ETL/ELT processes for data transformation
Optimization of report and data model performance
Participation in the design of BI solution architecture
Monitoring data quality and resolve data-related issues
Collaboration with data engineers, analysts, and business users to achieve business goals
