To be successful with projects you need:

English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
German proficiency at Advanced level
Possession of one of the following certificates: IPMA, PMP, PRINCE2, or similar (in project management)
At least 1 year of project management experience
Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously and the ability to set priorities
Ability to prepare project/technical documentation
Understanding of information system architecture and modern IT technologies
Ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them
Excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and strong management abilities
Analytical mindset and critical thinking
Knowledge of PMBoK and proficiency in key project management methodologies (priority given to Agile)
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and/or similar systems
