Project Manager (Fintech)

The candidate needs:
- English language skills from B2+ level and above
- experience in the Fintech domain or education in the logistics industry
- 3 years of IT project management experience in an outsourcing company
- Experience in managing several projects simultaneously, ability to prioritize projects
- Ability to prepare project/technical documentation
- knowledge of the principles of building information systems, modern information technologies
- Ability to make decisions and bear responsibility for them
- Excellent communication skills, leadership skills, well-developed management skills
- analytical mindset, critical thinking
- knowledge of PMBoK, mastery of basic project management methodologies (Agile is a priority)
- proficiency in Jira, Confluence and/or similar systems
