Project Coordinator with German language

You need:
- Experience in IT as a Project Manager or Account Manager for more than a year
- Proficient level of conversational German from B2
- Proficient level of spoken English from B2
- Understanding of outsource and outstaff project development processes
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence
- Experience working with a large number of tasks and projects
- Responsibility, stress tolerance, effective communications
Would be a plus:
- Technical background
- Experience in building and optimizing processes in IT development
What to do:
- Health check projects in your pool (20-30 projects)
- Collecting and aggregating information about projects
- Identification of opportunities to expand current projects
- Quality control of services provided to the client
- Regular status meetings with project teams, assistance to teams
- Monitoring of project chats
- Identification of difficulties and problems on projects
- Connecting necessary resources to projects to solve problems
- Communication with the customer
- Updating project statuses
- Communicating information about the situation on projects to stakeholders
