You need:

Experience in IT as a Project Manager or Account Manager for more than a year
Proficient level of conversational German from B2
Proficient level of spoken English from B2
Understanding of outsource and outstaff project development processes
Experience with JIRA, Confluence
Experience working with a large number of tasks and projects
Responsibility, stress tolerance, effective communications

Would be a plus:

Technical background
Experience in building and optimizing processes in IT development

What to do:

Health check projects in your pool (20-30 projects)
Collecting and aggregating information about projects
Identification of opportunities to expand current projects
Quality control of services provided to the client
Regular status meetings with project teams, assistance to teams
Monitoring of project chats
Identification of difficulties and problems on projects
Connecting necessary resources to projects to solve problems
Communication with the customer
Updating project statuses
Communicating information about the situation on projects to stakeholders
