Our expectations:

Hands-on experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, or GA4
Strong understanding of product unit economics and P&L management
Practical experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative research, with the ability to select the most effective and cost-efficient research methods
Experience mapping customer journeys (CJM) and applying the Jobs-to-Be-Done (JTBD) framework
Ability to validate hypotheses quickly and cost-effectively
Experience developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies
English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Will be a plus:

Experience designing and running A/B tests
Ability to focus on the relevant target audience segment and minimize noise from irrelevant users
Experience defining North Star Metrics and building product metric trees
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for business outcomes
Ability to break down complex problems into manageable components and communicate ideas clearly and concisely
Strong communication skills, with the ability to establish timely, logical, and transparent collaboration across teams
Understanding of current market and product trends, with the ability to adapt strategies as trends evolve

What will you do:

Define and execute the Product Roadmap from idea validation through post-launch analysis
Manage the full product lifecycle, including MVP launch and product scaling
Translate product strategy into clear user stories and technical specifications
Prioritize initiatives and tasks using various prioritization frameworks
Manage stakeholder expectations and provide transparent reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes
