To be successful on projects you need:

Experience designing, developing and implementing solutions using the Power Platform product suite with a focus on Power Apps for 1 year or more
Creating automated workflows using Power Automate
Experience working with large data sets and integrating them into an application using Power Apps
Experience working with Power BI tools as a developer
Ensuring and adhering to best practices in Power Platform development, including documentation, testing and version control
Application optimization, monitoring
Understanding of data modeling, data schema (normalization, star, snowflake, etc.).
English at Intermediate+ level
