To be successful on projects you need:

Experience with design, development, and implementation of solutions using the Power Platform product suite with a focus on Power Apps, Copilot, and Power Automate (from 1 year of experience)
Experience working with large datasets and integrating them into applications using Power Apps
Experience working with Power BI tools as a developer
Ensuring and following best practices in Power Platform development, including documentation, testing, and ALM (Azure DevOps, Git)
Understanding Power Platform solution architecture, security principles, and access management (RBAC model)
Experience with application optimization and monitoring
Experience working with relational databases
Understanding data modeling and data schemas (normalization, star, snowflake, etc.)
Knowledge and use of REST APIs, OData, and HTTP requests for integration with external systems
Confident spoken English at Intermediate+ (B1+) level
