To be successful on projects, the following skills are required:

• Performance Testing: deep expertise in load/performance testing, including test design, development, and execution
• Client Communication: experience in active and direct communication with clients
• Test Solution Architecture: experience in designing and evolving test automation frameworks intended to work with large and variable data sets
• Leadership Experience (nice to have): mentoring experience, managing a small team, or providing technical leadership in performance testing projects
• Primary Language: Java
• Load Testing Tools: hands-on experience with performance testing tools; Gatling is preferred
• API Testing: strong skills in testing API functionality (REST, SOAP)
• Domain Expertise: experience in one of the following domains — finance, banking, insurance, healthcare — or experience in other data-intensive projects involving large volumes of data
• English Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher

• Client interaction
• Gathering and analyzing performance requirements
• Conducting demo sessions to present testing results
• Developing and presenting rapid Proof-of-Concept (POC) solutions
• Test documentation development: experience in creating and maintaining documentation such as Test Strategies and Test Cases
