Oracle CRM (Siebel) QA / Test Engineer

Our expectations:
- 4+ years of experience in testing enterprise systems
- 2+ years of experience in testing Oracle Siebel CRM
- Understanding of Siebel CRM architecture and functionality
- Experience in testing Siebel UI (Views, Applets), Workflows and business processes and Integrations (EAI, Web Services)
- Experience in functional, integration, and regression testing
- Skills in preparing Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Reports
- Basic SQL knowledge for data verification
- Experience in banking projects
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
Will be a plus:
- UAT support experience
- Knowledge of SoapUI / Postman
- Test automation experience
- Understanding of KYC / AML / GDPR processes
- Experience in testing high-load CRM systems
Key responsibilities:
- Preparation and execution of test scenarios
- Verification of the bank's CRM business processes
- Testing of integrations and data
- Defect validation and regression testing
- UAT support in collaboration with business users
- Quality control of releases before PROD deployment
