Odoo Project Manager

Successful job requires:
- Experience: minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably with ERP platforms
- Knowledge of Odoo: understanding of the functionality and features of the Odoo platform, experience with its implementation and customisation
- Project management skills: excellent project planning, coordination and management skills in accordance with methodologies such as Scrum or Waterfall
- Communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with clients and team, manage expectations, negotiate and resolve conflicts
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) to work with international clients and partners
- Risk management: experience in identifying and managing risks associated with ERP implementation projects
Will be a plus:
- Experience work in international projects and with distributed teams
- Knowledge of other ERP systems and experience in implementing them
- Experience working in companies that are Odoo partners
- Certification in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)
