To successfully work on projects, you need to have:

Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and deep knowledge of Node.js
Expert knowledge in database design and optimization (SQL/NoSQL)
Experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ, etc.) in complex systems
Understanding of application architecture principles
Experience with Docker and fundamental containerization concepts
Deep understanding of information security and API protection
Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
Design and integration of distributed systems
Experience mentoring and training junior colleagues
Conversational English at Intermediate+ level (B1+)
Motivation to grow and develop professionally

Will be a plus:

Knowledge of frontend frameworks
Experience with Express, Nest, Koa, Meteor, Sails
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
Experience with container orchestration systems (e.g., Kubernetes)
Effective use of AI tools to boost team productivity
