To be successful on projects you need:

Experience designing and working with complex machine learning models and technically leading a team
Ability to quickly run discovery phases on a variety of problems Having real-world experience developing and applying DS, NLP and Computer Vision best practices to business problems, familiarity with SOTA models and best approaches in your field
Knowledge of Python
Basic DevOps skills (CI/CD platforms), basic knowledge of Linux
Familiarity with cloud environment: GCP, AWS, Azure
English language proficiency from B2

Would be a plus:

Familiarity with machine learning deployments in Azure, GCP, AWS and CI/CD, experience with microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes
Experience with data: Spark, Airflow, SQL, message brokers (Kafka, Kinesis)
Experience with data design tools and MLOps: Spark (PySpark), Airflow, Dask, DVC, MLFlow etc.
