ML/DS Engineer

To be successful on projects you need:
- Strong knowledge of Python
- 1+ year of experience in Data Science (DS), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision for solving business problems
- Experience designing and working with complex machine learning models
- Knowledge of state-of-the-art (SOTA) approaches in the field
- Solid understanding of machine learning and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning), and methods (feature engineering, model optimization, hyperparameter tuning)
- Familiarity with big data platforms (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Basic DevOps skills, including CI/CD platforms, Linux fundamentals, and Docker
- Experience with Git
- English and/or German language proficiency at B1+/B2 or higher
Would be a plus:
- Certifications in Machine Learning, Data Science, or Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty, Google Cloud ML Engineer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate)
- Knowledge of modern AI tools and experience applying them in practice
