Our Expectations:

Hands-on development experience with a low-code platform (Mendix or OutSystems) for 6+ months (commercial projects, large pet projects, or successful internships)
Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and SQL (complex queries, JOINs, indexes, transactions)
Ability to design and understand logical and physical data models
Good understanding of OOP fundamentals (principles, patterns)
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and experience in building responsive user interfaces
Understanding and practical experience with REST API (consuming and creating)
Experience with Git in a team environment (branching, pull requests, conflict resolution)
Technical higher education (or a final-year student available for full-time work)
English language level B1+ (reading technical documentation, participating in discussions)

Will Be a Plus:

Experience with JavaScript (ES6+) and/or UI frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)
Knowledge of Scss/Sass or other CSS preprocessors
Basic knowledge of Java Core (syntax, debugging, writing simple integration modules)
Experience with other low-code/no-code platforms (Bubble.io, Appian, etc.)
German language skills at B1/B1+ level

What You'll Be Doing:

Developing and implementing business logic, user interfaces, and integration solutions using the Mendix platform
Participating in the full development cycle: from design and data modeling to testing and deployment of applications
Integrating applications with external systems via REST API
Writing and maintaining technical documentation
Collaborating with analysts, testers, and participating in code reviews
