You need to have:

Experience working with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
Understanding of Microsoft 365 products (Teams, SharePoint Online) and their integration with low-code platforms
Experience with Azure DevOps and the software development lifecycle
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Communication skills: ability to explain technical concepts in simple language
Proactivity, independence, and responsibility for proposed solutions
Willingness to learn continuously, especially in AI and cloud technologies

Nice to have:

Experience integrating M365 Copilot
Basic prompt engineering skills
Knowledge of security principles for low-code solutions
Understanding of application development and architecture basics
Power Platform certifications (PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400)
Knowledge of modern AI tools and experience using them in work

What you will be doing:

Developing and configuring solutions on Power Platform and Copilot Studio
Integrating solutions with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint Online) and corporate data sources
Configuring authentication, licensing, and security
Analyzing and optimizing message consumption
Monitoring and supporting Copilot agents
Participating in the design of low-code solution architecture
Working closely with business units and explaining technical solutions
Contributing to the development of AI functionality within Power Platform
