You need to have:

Education in law (preferably German or International Law)
Understanding of German and EU corporate law
Professional proficiency in German and English (both written and spoken) at least B2 level
Strong communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders
Willingness to dive into business processes
Responsibility and systematic approach to document management

Will be a plus:

Basic understanding of German tax law
Experience in an IT company or with startups
Experience interacting with international lawyers
Understanding of contract law (contracts with clients, contractors, partners)
Experience in transaction support and business structuring
Interest in compliance and data protection matters (GDPR)

What You Will Do:

Preparation and review of contracts (client agreements, partner agreements, NDAs, contractor agreements, etc.)
Corporate support for the company in Germany
Interaction with external consultants and lawyers from our group in other countries
Legal support for operational activities
Consultations on corporate and tax law matters
Organization and systematization of legal work within the company
Participation in building the legal structure and processes
