You need to have:

At least 2 years of experience as an IAM Engineer or in a similar role
Knowledge of protocols and standards: LDAP, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM
Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, Forgerock, or similar systems
Scripting skills: Python, PowerShell, Bash
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and access management best practices
Intermediate English (for working with documentation and international teams)

Will be a plus:

Experience with PAM systems (CyberArk, BeyondTrust)
Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, Okta Certified Administrator/Developer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer
Experience with cloud environments (AWS IAM, Azure AD, Google Cloud IAM)
Familiarity with SIEM systems (Splunk, ELK, IBM QRadar)

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems
Configure and integrate authentication and authorization solutions (SSO, MFA, OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect)
Manage roles, access rights, and security policies in compliance with corporate standards
Automate identity management processes using scripts (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
Monitor and audit access, as well as investigate security incidents related to access violations
Collaborate with IT, Security, and HR teams to ensure compliance with regulations (GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2)
Participate in projects related to the migration and integration of IAM systems into cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
