To be successful on projects you will need:

• Proven experience managing Data Science projects and teams
• Strong understanding of ML, AI and Data Science development principles, tools and development cycle
• Knowledge of AI/ML Python packages such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras, NLTK, and spaCy
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies including (but not limited to) neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and reinforcement learning
• Familiarity with AI-based chatbots and conversational AI platforms
• Excellent customer communication skills
• Experience developing Data Science architectures and participating in pre-sales activities
• Advanced degree in computer science, data science, maths or a related field
• Knowledge of ML/AI technologies and programming languages such as Python, R
• English B2

• Department Leadership: act as the head of the Data Science department, setting the vision, strategy and goals to align with company objectives
• Client Relations: interact with clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and maintain strong and productive relationships
• Architecture and pre-sales: work closely with the sales team on pre-sales activities, including proposal preparation and project scoping
• Develop and validate robust Data Science architectures that meet customer requirements and industry standards
• Mentoring and development: support a culture of learning and innovation within the team
• Mentoring Data Scientists, encouraging their professional growth and development
• Tracking the latest trends and advances in DS, ML, AI and related technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting edge
