We expect you to have:

• IT experience of 7 years or more
• Experience in Media&Entertainment domain from 5 years
• Experience in team management from 3 years
• Experience in Presales
• Experience in R&D
• Understanding of Digital Marketing processes
• Deep understanding of the subject area, typical problems, solutions and trends in Media&Entertainment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (business writing skills, business ethics, customer rapport, etc.)
• Customer focus (ability to identify customer needs, manage conflict situations, handle claims)
• High analytical and strategic planning skills
• English at Upper Intermediate level and above

What to do:

• Developing and implementing a strategy for the development of Media&Entertainment business practice in line with the company's objectives
• Creating structure and managing the team to improve the effectiveness of the business practice: interviewing, onboarding, management, motivation and other team work
• Participating in Pre-Sales and preparing proposals for new clients
• Supporting major clients and establishing reliable partnerships
• Identification of clients' needs and problems, counselling on services provided
• Developing and implementing the marketing strategy of the business practice
• Retention and expansion of the business practice's client portfolio
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure successful implementation of projects
