You need to have:

4+ years of commercial development experience, including a minimum of 2 years working with Go
Experience in team leading or team management
Strong knowledge of Go or another back end language
Experience in designing and implementing systems at all stages of the lifecycle, from design to production support
Experience with DevOps stack (k8s, helm, Terraform etc.)
B1 (Intermediate) or higher in spoken and written English

Would be a plus:

Expertise in one of the domain areas: FinTech, Banking, Medicine, Entertainment, eCommerce, Artificial Intelligence etc.
Experience working in cross-functional teams
Experience in Full Stack development

What to do:

Managing a team of developers spread across multiple projects
Controlling the completion of tasks within deadlines without loss of quality
Collecting qualitative and quantitative metrics
Providing technical excellence on projects within the team
Enhancing the team's technical expertise
Conducting One-2-One sessions with team members
Creating individual development plans and conducting assessment sessions for the team
Participating in hiring team members
