To successfully work on projects, you need:

Experience with Go
Experience with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSql, MySql, etc.)
Understanding of HTTP, REST, RPC, client-server architecture.

Would be a plus:

Experience with Kubernetes
Experience with microservice architecture
Experience with message brokers
Experience with NoSQL databases
Desire to be a mentor
Experience with AWS, GCP, etc.
