You need to have:

Experience with designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Power Platform product suite with a focus on Copilot Studio and Power Automate for over 1 year
Experience with Power BI tools as a developer
Experience with ensuring and adhering to best practices in development, including documentation, testing, and ALM (Azure DevOps, Git)
Understanding Power Platform solution architecture, security principles, and access management (RBAC model)
Experience with application optimization and monitoring
Knowledge and use of REST API, OData, HTTP requests for integration with external systems
Experience working as a consultant: requirements gathering, preparing technical documentation, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing product consulting
Confident spoken English at B2 level
Interest in new technologies and willingness to contribute to project development proactively
Desire for growth and professional development

Nice to have:

Experience with AI Prompt Engineering and Copilot Studio
Experience with Dynamics 365
Experience with JavaScript, React, .NET
Experience with Azure: Entra ID, Functions, Logic Apps, AI Foundry, AI Search
Business Analyst Experience, especially skills in gathering and analyzing requirements
Experience with other cloud platforms
Experience with other Low-Code platforms
Power Platform certifications (PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400)
