For successful work on projects you need:

Good knowledge of Darts
Strong knowledge of Flutter (Flutter SDK, life cycle)
Strong knowledge of OOP, understanding of basic design patterns, SOLID procedures
Experience with Git, understanding of using gitflow
Strong knowledge of the asynchrony mechanism (Flutter Async, RxDart)
Understanding and experience of BLoC / Provider
Understanding client-server interaction sessions, HTTP/HTTPS protocols
Spoken English Intermediate+
