To work successfully on a project, you need:

Have commercial development experience: with Flutter at least 2 years and at least 1 year of native development or with Flutter at least 1 year and at least 2 years of native development
Have good knowledge of Dart
Have strong knowledge of Flutter: Flutter SDK, Lifecycle
Have solid knowledge of the asynchrony mechanism: Flutter Async, RxDart
Have solid knowledge of OOP, understanding of basic design patterns, SOLID principles
Understand and have experience with BLoC / Provider
Have experience with Git, understand the principles of gitflow
Understand the principles of client-server interaction, HTTP/HTTPS protocols
Understand and have experience with VIPER / Clean Architecture
Have experience writing Flutter Plugin and interact with native code
Have experience writing unit tests
Have experience in conducting assessments on various projects (hours / story points)
English (conversational) level at least B1 (preferably - B2 and above)
