For successful work with projects you need:

1 year of experience with Flutter and 2 years of native commercial development (Android / iOS)
Good knowledge of Dart
Strong knowledge of Flutter (Flutter SDK, Lifecycle)
Strong knowledge of async mechanism (Flutter Async, RxDart)
Experience writing Flutter Plugin and interacting with native code
Strong knowledge of OOP, understanding of basic design patterns, SOLID principles
Understanding and experience with BLoC / Provider
Understanding and experience with VIPER / Clean Architecture;
Experience with Git, understanding of gitflow principles
Understanding of client-server communication principles, HTTP/HTTPS protocols
Conversational English at least B1 level

Would be a plus:

Experience in writing unit tests
Ability to perform pre-sales activities qualitatively and quickly
Ability to lead a small team independently

What you will be doing:

Ensuring the necessary commercial load of the team
Introducing less experienced specialists to projects
Technical assistance to employees on projects
Preparing employees for interviews
Improving the quality level of employees (by training and setting personal development goals), building and adjusting the training system.
Mobile application development
Participation in code review
Participation in knowledge sharing within the team
Participation in team processes
