For successful work with projects you need:

2+ years of commercial Flutter development experience
Strong knowledge of Dart
Solid understanding of Flutter (Flutter SDK, Lifecycle)
Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming (Flutter Async, RxDart)
Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, SOLID principles
Understanding and experience with BLoC / Provider
Experience with Git and understanding of Gitflow principles
Understanding of client-server interaction principles, HTTP/HTTPS protocols
Conversational English at B1 level or higher

Would be a plus:

Understanding and experience with Clean Architecture
Experience developing Flutter plugins and integrating with native code
Experience writing unit tests
Experience estimating tasks on various projects (hours / story points)
