You need to have:

Experience in ESG consulting or related field from 1 year or more
Knowledge of international ESG standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP)
Excellent communication and client management skills
Experience in consulting, preferably in the field of sustainable development
Analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable recommendations
Proficiency in ESG reporting tools and methodologies
Fluent English at least at B1+ level

Would be a plus:

Knowledge of other platforms, foreign languages

What to do:

Analyze clients' current ESG practices, identify weaknesses and propose effective solutions
Develop ESG strategies and integrate sustainability into business processes
Manage projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects
Conduct meetings and workshops with clients and stakeholders
Participate in the preparation of commercial proposals and RFP responses
Monitor current ESG trends, regulatory developments and best practices
Build effective communication with clients and partners
