You need to have:

experience creating CI/CD
experience with Azure
experience with Terraform or CloudFormation
Linux administration skills
experience with Docker
experience with bash
familiarity with Git version control system
English at Upper-Intermediate level

Would be a plus:

experience with Kubernetes
experience with configuration management tools (ansible or puppet)
Experience with serverless architecture
