You need to have:

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (cluster operations, networking, storage, security, troubleshooting)
Proficiency in one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Experience with VMware vSphere/ESXi or private cloud platforms
Strong Terraform, Helm, Ansible, and GitOps skills
Linux expertise and scripting abilities
Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
Experience with managed Kubernetes services (EKS, GKE, AKS)
Familiarity with KubeVirt or virtualization on Kubernetes
Cloud or Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD, AWS/Azure/GCP)
Experience with similar platforms (Rancher, OpenShift, Anthos)
Customer-facing professionalism and strong written communication (documentation, runbooks, reports)
Ability to follow structured processes (SOW, playbooks)
Comfort working in hybrid/multi-cloud environments
At least B1+ level of English language

Will be a plus:

Participation in VM-to-Kubernetes migration projects

What to do:

Platform Design and Operations (deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters in hybrid and multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, VMware, on-prem); automate cluster lifecycle and infrastructure using Terraform, Helm, and Ansible; support containerized workloads and virtual machines (KubeVirt, Linux/Windows))
GitOps and CI/CD (implement GitOps workflows for platform and application configuration; integrate and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Argo CD, Flux))
Operational Support (monitor, upgrade, and respond to incidents as part of Managed Services (KaaS); develop and maintain operational runbooks, documentation, and reference architectures)
Migration and Customization (participate in migration projects (VM-to-Kubernetes, infrastructure modernization); develop custom integrations (APIs, Helm packs, automation patterns))
Troubleshooting and Optimization (diagnose issues across Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, networking, storage, and security layers; ensure platform reliability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency)
