To be successful on projects you need:

Experience with MS SQL Server
Experience and confident knowledge of Delphi, especially when developing client-server applications (ADO), understanding of OOP principles in programming, confident knowledge of VCL and standard libraries, including Generics.
Knowledge of Developer Express
Experience in error handling
Experience in stack analysis (ability to read and understand the sequence of actions that led to a given stack)
Multithreaded programming skills
Conversational English from B2
Knowledge of FastReport (nice to have)
