You need to have:

3+ years of commercial experience as a QA
Understanding the value of QA in projects and the role of a Delivery Manager
Skills in project coordination and client account development
Experience managing multiple projects and development teams
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Ability to manage risks, timelines, and client expectations
English language proficiency at B2 level or higher

What to do:

Participate in Presales: estimate timelines and resources, prepare Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), communicate with clients, and create presentations
Manage projects in collaboration with the Project Manager
Monitor project timelines, quality, and risks
Ensure predictable and stable delivery of results to the client
