We expect you to have:

• IT experience of 5 years or more
• Experience in project management from 3 years
• Experience in the role of Project Manager or Account Manager in IT companies
• Understanding of the subject area, typical problems, solutions and trends in e-commerce and retail
• High written and verbal communication skills (business writing skills, business ethics, client rapport, etc.).
• Customer focus (ability to identify customer needs, manage conflict situations, handle claims)
• High analytical and strategic planning skills
• Willingness to develop and implement new processes and methodologies
• Ability to work under multitasking and tight deadlines
• English at Upper Intermediate level and above

What you will be doing:

• Manage a portfolio of projects within the E-commerce & Retail business practice
• Expanding the project portfolio by attracting new clients and developing current clients
• Working with customers in the role of project manager, including planning, execution and monitoring of projects
• Customer account management: maintaining and developing long-term relationships with current customers
• Identification of customer needs and problems, counselling on services provided
• Liaising with other departments to ensure successful implementation of projects
• In case of portfolio growth - development of the team structure working with this portfolio of projects
